Prerequisites: Students must be able to safely follow verbal instruction in a fast-paced small group setting. Semi-Private Sessions are not appropriate for acute injuries, neurological conditions, or concerns requiring individualized modification or hands-on assistance.

Description: Integral Yoga Hatha Yoga is a comprehensive system for personal transformation developed by Swami Satchidananda Saraswatiโ physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Each class incorporates postures, deep relaxation, breathing practices, and meditation that result in a profound experience of peace and well-being. Students of any age and condition are encouraged to explore each posture at their own pace while mindfully observing what arises without judgment. By balancing effort and surrender, the practitioner is able to discover the optimal flow of energy to achieve greater flexibility, strength, poise, and mental focus. Besides promoting the health of all the systems in the body, the Integral Yoga system is designed to draw the practitioner into a physical and mental stillness that leads to an experience of oneโs true nature, which is ever peaceful and happy.

Description: Our Contemporary Pilates Mat program, based on Balanced Body Pilates, is a full-body conditioning class adapted through modern research-based approach. This class strengthens the core, improved posture, mobilizes the spine, and enhances overall balance and coordination. Move through a blend of foundational contemporary mat exercises focused on breath, precision, and mindful control. Class may incorporate small props such as balls, magic circle or weights to support alignment and deepen the challenge.

๐ค Prenatal โซธ We are unable to accommodate Pregnant students in Group Classes at this time. Our current offerings are not Prenatal safe. Pregnant students may participate through Private Sessions only.
โซธ Group Classes are only suitable for students who are currently in stable physical and mental health.
โซธ Students experiencing significant Medical Concerns, Mental Health Conditions, Neurological Disorders, or Addiction-related concerns must receive prior approval from Studio Management before participating in Group Classes.
โ Group Class Reservation Cancellation Window: Cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees.
โ Private/ Semi-Private Session Reservation Cancellation Window: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees.
โซธ All sales are final. No refunds, extensions, exchanges, transfers or returns.
โซธ Passes, Memberships, Sessions, and Accounts may not be shared or transferred between individuals.
โซธ Students must register using their legal name and accurate contact information. Government-issued identification may be required for entry. Use of a fictitious name or false information is prohibited.
โซธ Doors are locked promptly at the start of class. Late entry is not permitted. Leaving class early is strongly discouraged.
โซธ Good Vibes Yoga LLC is PRIVATE PROPERTY and reserves the right to refuse or revoke student entry at any time. Rude, threatening, harassing, manipulative, disruptive, or unsafe behavior (including through email or towards instructors, staff, or other students) may result in removal from the property, cancellation of services, permanent revocation of access, and/or Police involvement.
