Prerequisites: Students must be able to safely follow verbal instruction in a fast-paced small group setting. Semi-Private Sessions are not appropriate for acute injuries, neurological conditions, or concerns requiring individualized modification or hands-on assistance.

Description: Build inner heat, and strength through vinyasa based on surya namaskaram. Enhances healthy metabolism, circulation and clarity. Our Vinyasa class requires some vinyasa experience to flow through a safe, creative and fun all over body stretch.

Prerequisites: None. Be prepared to experience Relaxation and Bliss. Beginners welcome.

Description: Support the body with postures using bolsters, blocks and blankets to experience breath awareness, stillness, and to encourage deep rest and nervous system regulation. This practice emphasizes comfort, ease, and quiet restoration all the way down to the cellular level.

Description: Our Contemporary Pilates Mat program, based on Balanced Body Pilates, is a full-body conditioning class adapted through modern research-based approach. This class strengthens the core, improved posture, mobilizes the spine, and enhances overall balance and coordination. Move through a blend of foundational contemporary mat exercises focused on breath, precision, and mindful control. Class may incorporate small props such as balls, magic circle or weights to support alignment and deepen the challenge.

โซธ RESERVATION REQUIRED FOR ENTRY

๐Ÿ–ค Prenatal โซธ We are unable to accommodate Pregnant students in Group Classes at this time. Our current offerings are not Prenatal safe. Pregnant students may participate through Private Sessions only.

โซธ Group Classes are only suitable for students who are currently in stable physical and mental health.

โซธ Students experiencing significant Medical Concerns, Mental Health Conditions, Neurological Disorders, or Addiction-related concerns must receive prior approval from Studio Management before participating in Group Classes.

โ—‰ Group Class Reservation Cancellation Window: Cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees.

โ—‰ Private/ Semi-Private Session Reservation Cancellation Window: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees.

โซธ All sales are final. No refunds, extensions, exchanges, transfers or returns.

โซธ Passes, Memberships, Sessions, and Accounts may not be shared or transferred between individuals.

โซธ Doors are locked promptly at the start of class. Late entry is not permitted. Leaving class early is strongly discouraged.

Rude, threatening, harassing, manipulative, disruptive, or unsafe behavior (including through email or towards instructors, staff, or other students) may result in removal from the property, cancellation of services, permanent revocation of access, and/or Police involvement.
