  • All Students are required to complete at least 3 Private Sessions before beginning Group class.

  • Your Instructor will assess which class level is most appropriate for you.

  • This is a requirement for ALL students despite previous experience level.

  • Our Group Pilates Program offers Level 1 and Level 2 Classical Peak Pilates Education.
